At Mitchell & McCallum, Get Dignity First Care, we’ve added QR codes to our uniforms as a symbol of connection, transparency, and pride in the work we do.
Each one of our Superstars wears their uniform with confidence knowing they are in the RIGHT PLACE at the RIGHT TIME, doing the RIGHT THINGS for the RIGHT PEOPLE. This isn’t just a uniform, it's a statement. A commitment to showing up every day with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
The QR code on every shirt is more than just a link, it's a voice for our participants, families, and community. With a quick scan, anyone can:
Provide feedback openly, honestly, and instantly
Connect with our team reach our office for support, questions, or compliments
Learn more about us see who we are, what we do, and how we care
We believe in being open, responsive, and accountable. That’s why our QR codes are part of every shift, every visit, every interaction.
Because when you wear our name, you carry our values and you’re part of something that matters.

đź’› How I Support You
At Mitchell & McCallum, Get Dignity First Care, I believe support should feel natural, empowering, and personal. Everything I offer is built with heart, integrity, and genuine understanding because I’ve worked on the floor, and I know what good support looks like.
Here’s how I help you or your loved one live with dignity, joy, and connection:
🌱 In-Home Support
Gentle, respectful help with personal care, meal prep, daily routines, and building life skills in the comfort of your own home.
đźš— Community Access
Support to get out and about whether it’s appointments, hobbies, shopping, social events, or just enjoying the freedom of being part of your community.
🎒 Before & After School Care (Ages 7+)
For children aged 7 years and over, I offer safe, calm, and structured support before and after school. Tailored to plan-managed and self-managed participants, this care is delivered by staff who understand kids and know how to build trust, confidence, and routine.
🛌 SDA/SIL Staffing
Professional, caring, and skilled support staff available for Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) environments. I work directly with providers who value quality and consistency.
đź•’ Emergency & Short-Term Shifts
Need someone now? I offer short-term or last-minute support with the same standard of care as long-term placements. Because gaps in care shouldn’t mean gaps in dignity.
